UNPROFESSIONAL and AWFUL SERVICE

<p>I have had an awful experience with this company.</p> <p>Paid for an inspection for a COC certificate for a property transaction.</p> <p>They gave me a small fault list. The faults were fixed.</p> <p>Now, a week later and I still don't have a COC.</p> <p>Mr Botha claiming that they don'e 'owe' me anything.</p> <p>Since when do you not have to provide a service - even after the customer has paid for it?</p>
