Horrible Service!

Horrible service! The alarm hasn't been working we asked them to come to fix it, they never came. I decided to rather cancel, so I sent a cancellation letter over 2 weeks ago but they haven't responded, and apparently, according to their cancellation policy, I have to keep paying the account until they remove the radio from the alarm system. This is ridiculous because now I have to pay for another month or how long they take to send someone out to remove the radio.
