Mediocre service

Just wanted to give my honest review on my purchase from beginning to end. 1. Placing an order - I specifically requested that my order be delivered between Monday and Wednesday but to my surprise it was delivered on a Friday and I obviously was not available to receive it. 2. Invoice - a wrong golf shirt colour was stated on the invoice (not sure how that happened but we move) which I pointed out and was assured via DM that I will receive the colour I requested. But to my surprise I received the colour I DID NOT ask for. I sent a message 3 days ago but to this day zero communication. 3. Packaging - Disappointed is an understatement. For an item worth almost 2k to be packaged in just a courier bag? I'm beyond shocked. It's really sad that we try to support black business but the unprofessionalism always takes the lead.
