Umkomaas Lodge

we booked a place from booking.co, Umkomaas in kzn the pictures on the place didnt match what we got when we got the the place was dirty and not self catering as advertised the place had no water and as a family of 12 we could not sleep ther we cancelled and requested refund and was nt paid since december check in was on the 28 december and we were suppose to leave on the 2nd till date booking.com has nt responded to us
