Disgusted in Title's /Boxing.com's service

I have just recieved my package which i had ordered online and have to say that my experiance with the company has been nothing but a horrific one.

Firstly i got no feedback about my first order which was the speed bag platform and when i had called the branch a few days after i was told there is no stock and the sales guy appolagised and said hed send a tshirt with which i didnt expect but accepted that. I then wanted to order the speed ball but showed that its out of stock of the black one. I then i emailed Sean and he then said the website is wrong they do have stock so i asked for that and was told they will send it with the platform.

Today i get the platform and the red speed bag with no tshirt. Now the tshirt is obviously not ordered but to me it is about the principle and i find this completely unacceptable and i will never use this company ever again and will not recommend anyone use it. The guys i dealt with is Sean and John via email for the speed bag and i hope this gets handled in the correct manner as im sure you would hate to lose more clients this way. I expect feedback and what will be done to rectify this.
