poor service

umlazi J section boxer punch offers a poor service, this morning i waited about 30 minutes just to go inside the shop, and that time the shop opens at 6am but we were told they still busy cleaning, eventually they let us in and only 1 till point was working. staff needs to be taught about customer services cause it 1 thing they lack.
