Cashiers need to take their Jobs, seriously

On the morning of the 21st of Jan on friday i was coming from my night shift, and i am a time bank account holder so as per my bank instructs we can withdraw money from any Boxer or a pick n pay store from any till ... Which is what i had planned on doing on the day Until the Cashier(named THOLA) whom wasnt even wearing her name badge at the time said i cannot withdraw from here as she doenst have money on here, what ****ed me off mostly was here attitude and her lack of interest in assisting me as a customer whom had just stood in her tills line for entire 20 minutes nd she ddnt even ask here for her superviser to assist not even seek assistance from her colleuges...and in this store customer treatment is not the same to everyone, when u walk in the store the securities tell u to leave ur back pack but wen ur inside u find some carrying their back packs....i have been coming to this particular branch for a Number of times its just too sad to see how individuals Like THOLA TREAT ur customers with lack of care and interest, i mean ive worked in customer service before and wat i got from this Boxer store on a friday was just purely terrible...infact im never ever coming to ur branch ever again because i feel as if all individuals working at this boxer punch store dats located in pinetown right next to the taxi rank just come to work without the understanding of good customer service, i mean i aint even asking for excellent customer service just good customer service...im really disappointed😔 in this Boxer punch in pinetown next to the taxi rank
