Bad Leadership

I work for this company (Boxer Punch Reitvlei) for the past two years as part time employee and everything in the first 19 months seems to be running smooth, I cldn't see the great future and growth within the company. Every staff was feeling at home when they are at work and enjoy every moment in the store. I worked with great manager's who knew what they were doing, help community and motivates staff like Bob (Boxer West street Dbn), Derick (Boxer Puch Jolivet), Justice, Blessing, Thabani (Boxer Superstore NMZ), Nombuso (Boxer PMB 1). Who brought the store from a high risk red flag store to a green flag.
The past five months Boxer Punch Rietvlei turned to a place where nobody is happy to worked there talking about almost seven staff members resigned in the branch due to extreme depression both mental and emotional health cause by the manager in store (Sabelo). I'm one of those people who lost their bright future in the company because of this man. He really doesn't know how to speak with people, as I was a trainee manager but part time employee, suppliers were complaining about Sabelo, delivery man complaining about Sabelo, customers were complaining about Sabelo and I tried to solve this issue by creating complains file but he distroyed it and said there will be no complains file his the manager and he decides what is going to happen in the store. But question is how you become a manager if you don't want to hear the views of the community (customers) people the company needs to keep it running? But everything stands he the manager and no other person will tell him what he needs to do. I knew almost 90 % of work in the store talking cash office, front line, receiving, merchandising, pricing, replenishment, stemela etc. I'm saying ever since he arrived he only done six pages of stemala for the past six months, all others were done by me wheres it's his duty to do so. I was doing his work but end of the I'm getting shoutted that I'm not doing my job. His got a pending case of *****ing a pallet of KOO Baked beans and force us to say what he said to the big bosses about the pallet, why, because his the manager we need to do what he says otherwise we get fire by him.
