bad customer service ever

so I when to boxer punch at umlazi j section I don't remember who is the manager there but I have seen that their service is bad. last week Saturday only one cashier was working and there were so many customers inside and the queque was so long I went and look for a manager there to get people work on the till but he told me that systems are off and there is nothing he can help me with. I was so shocked or is what they tell customers who invest their money in the business. or is it because its in the township so we are not supposed to get the best service. please this need to attended and try to train their workers to treat their customers right. I don't think I would recommend anyone there or even going to buy there I would rather buy at U save if this is not sorted asap. my friends and family are aware of the experience I got from the store. we cant have one cashier and the store is full of customers. thank you. worst experience ever and this is an on going thing.
