Sibonelo your rude

I bought a stove on the 15/07/20 well it didn't work as i expected i called the store and spoke to a guy named Sibonele, he was damn rode to the fact that i wont be setting foot in that store ever again, the way he answered the phone was not in a professional manner instead of apologising he said cool whatever anyway how can i help you? The worst service ever
