Clueless about customer service

<p>I am so shocked by unfriendly and disgusting customer service I experienced in store this morning. I was literally requesting to draw R250 from the cashiers.. With long faces response I got "anginamali" (got not money from the cashier machine) . I asked about 5 ladies no one cared to even help me get the cashier that had cash, and I definitely know they were lying on my face as there opened a while back as I got there at 10am.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am sorry but never again I purchased from that store, horrible customer services.</p>
