Very very angry

I'm very very angry I have never experience such an appauling customer service I was at boxer today to buy two 5litre wines of fourth street and get a 750litres free, to my surprise they did not have the 750litres. To my worse surprise I asked Penelope Nkomo till operator if they can substitute it with something the answer I got was I should be happy that I'm buy the wine cheap. My question to her was how is it my fault that the 5litres are still available but the 750 are not there and the special is still on the run. I asked to speak to the manager the was no manager. The attitude I got not even empathizing with me as a customer. This is the boxer liquor store at senoane.
