Lying managers

I went to boxer liquor in November because of the commando special they had, you get ice with every bottle you purchase. I was not told before I made the purchase that there was no ice and was told to collect after and they wrote a note on my receipt. I we have gone to them 5 times atleast and were told they don't have any, when I went on the 15 we were told they machine had been broken for a while now and they cannot substitute us for anything else, thus was the first we were told of the broken machine. We were told by a consultant to speak to a manager who said I must go collect it at another boxer store which my response was I didn't buy it anything from the other boxer so I shouldn't be inconvienced any further because we have been coming to collect the ice several times and we were traveling to our home town for Xmas, the manager who name I think he said was mpumelelo not sure he said he would collect the ice and give me a call by 4 pm because we were leaving after that, he never called me blatantly **** to my face about calling because he hasn't called since what kind of company has lying managers? Managers with no integrity. This happened at boxer in port Elizabeth njoli road. I still have the 12 bottles of commando that I bought which I will be returning for a full refund as soon as come back to PE.
