Disrespect, Rude and Attitude

Boxer Liquors. I received today at Boxer Liquors in Qualbert street, the lady that assisted me is VERY RUDE and does not know what customer service is, she has zero respect for yourself and customers, I think this is the treatment and service they give clients there because of the area and they always get away with it. She is in no possession to be serving clients and representing Boxer. So I came to boxer to buy a pack of cigarettes and when I was by the till she couldn’t even move from her space to take the cigarette and asked her colleague to pass it to her, I then paid using my card that is linked to my phone (Applepay) she then started shouting at me that the machine does not tap (I asked her why is she shouting at me, I was very shocked) i just stood there in disbelief, I then asked her why is she shouting at me again and ahe continued to shout, i asked her to atleast try the phone and She told me why is she gonna try something that she knows very well is not working, I’m wasting her time (still her tone was off and shouting) I then left her and went to the car to get the card, on my arrival to her, I politely told her that the way she spoke to me, is not the right way to speak to people (we don’t even know each other) she then said Is that all I came back to inform? With an attitude, and very rude. I had informed her to start acting and treating her customers right because this is not the right way to speak to people and she started shouting again and telling me that she wished me goodluck with my life (started being sarcastic) by being a polite human and all. I was very angry and you need to start taking staff on trainings on how to treat clients. We do not need such people in places where we shop. Imagine being treated like this unprovoked.
