Bullying protocol

Hi name is Dudu, I'm so disappointed at Boxer liquor at Chris hani mall. On the 31st of December afternoon my son went there with his 3 other friends to buy 2 cases (24) of cider and and 2 cases of beer (24). When they arrived to a cashier they gave her 1 case of cider to scan twice as they are the same also did the same with the beer. When they arrived at the door the security guard said the other case of beer was not scanned, they try to explained to him but refused to listen, he said they were trying to ***** it. They took 1 of the boys to their private room and said they must pay for it. They paid as instructed to show that they were not trying to *****, then they allow the boy to come out, they took their slips and said they won't give them their beer case as it is their PROTOCOL. I would like to know from the Boxer Management if their protocols allows them to ***** from their customers? Because what I know is that the security was suppose to ask the cashier what happened then ask the boys to pay for those things, mistakes happen to everyone no one is perfect. It shows the cashier just scanned 1 instead of 2. What makes me angry 😡 is that they paid for it but they were not given them. If this is how Boxer is treating customers by *****ing from them and call that a protocol then it's a problem. I won't step my foot there anymore. That is BULLYING!!!!!
