Boxer Liquor gives horrible service!

Horrible service! Rude and *********** staff! I went into 1 of Boxer Liquor's outlets at Dayizenza Plaza, last Saturday. As I was tendering my payment to a cashier, a Lina Nkambule or something like that - who had ignored my greetings, she rudely asked, "Do you need plastic, Old man?" I politely asked her not to address me with titles of her choosing, whereupon she burst out laughing! I called the supervisor, a bearded man who upon hearing my complaint, also burst out laughing and walked away, saying, "I hear you, Old man!" Not wanting to make a scene, I left the store and proceeded to buy from a Shoprite outlet nearby. Does Boxer give their staff any training at all? Why do their staffers behave as if they're doing customers a favor and treat them with disrespect and disdain! Stay away from Boxer if you value your dignity and have self-respect!
