Bad Service

This is the 2nd time going to boxer and they made me pay for something I did not break. Picked out an item and it burst in my hand and broke and they made me pay for it, saying if I did not pick it it would have not broken. It is ridiculous because the staff that does the packing squeeze things on the shelves to a point that when you pick out an item the other falls and breaks. This is appalling and the staff is very rude to a point that I had to beg them to let me see the footage.
