Bad customer service experience at boxer's store kaalfontein

The security guard was very rude to me , he swears calling me that I was the ****en custom, I'm not the first person to buy at boxer kaarlfontein and I'm useless, I went out to speak to the branch manager by the name of Max and he told me that he will take further steps, but he didn't took any details from me and he said he will take more steps simply because he is the outsourced security guard and he is not working for boxer, I'm not happy at all as a consumer, I think my rights as a consumer where not met , the security guard is not fit for retail and he must be removed..... my email address Stanleymadema87@gmail .com
