Bad customer service All they want is money no care for customers

The store has good specials. The staff is terrible not keen to assist is like they know nothing about customer service. Yesterday i purchased more than i usually do cos i was buying for my colleague as the ques are insane. I bought 2 specials x 4 and I was ****** the a 6 pack of Espirit the cashier didnt say any but she saw that i missed 1 item.I work around the corner and the time we were sharing i realized that 1 pack was not there,i went back to the store and i was not help the cashier was rude and told me the maybe the customer after me took it.the security was there also and the manager they made sure i didnt get my goods as i have lost 1 slip.I asked them to check the camera and do a reprint they refused.i buy every day my organisation buy daily my staff.I am very cross because we support and their business.
