Pathetic Service

My Dad was at the newly opened Boxer store at Lesedi in Vosloorus to buy bread on the 2nd June 2024 between 10-10:30am and was not impressed with the waiting time to be serviced,He was waiting in the queue for more than 45mins just to buy bread from a store with +- 20tills but only 3 were operating during the month end peak/rush is really unacceptable.. People are pensioners that support this brand but the service turn around time is pathetic.
