Disrespectful Manager

After asking for a refund at Boxer Build in Cala, I was told they can't give me a refund and when I asked for the reason they told me the Manager said so. I then asked to speak to the Manager. She made me wait for a good 45 minutes; when I complained the teller went to look for her and she came back saying the Manager says he should give me my refund with no explanation whatsoever. I then asked the teller to give the Manager's name so that I could take my complaint to the head office; he refused and told me he was not allowed to. I then went to the Manager's office to ask her for her name myself but she chased me out of the office telling me I was not allowed in there. I then asked her to step outside of the office so I could talk to her but she refused and told me she didn't care even if I can report her to the head office. She wasn't even wearing a name tag.
