Box.com - stay away if you want service

I have been using Box.com for years and have recommended it to hundreds of people already. But the recent service I have been receiving from them has made me change my mind. I will now rather move to DropBox and stop recommending Box.com. I have been using features on my paid account on Box for many years, now it is just not there anymore. I have over weeks now been sending and receiving mails from they support person "Mark" how keeps giving me different answers without any competency displayed whatsoever. The service is just pathetic, stay away from this service! When you really need it, they will not be able to help you.
