A name that cant be trusted.

<p>When Graeme Bowring from Bowring Estates offers to sell or lease your house/flat please think twice. I had a terrible experience where I gave this real Estate Agent my property to sell and had minimal communication once my sole mandate was signed. After this my tenant gave notice and Graeme had "a friend" that was looking for a place to rent as he was going through a divorce. I requested a deposit but Graeme said he would vouch for him. After this there was late payment off of the first month then second... then nothing with constant promises from Graeme. My house was thankfully sold by another Real Estate agency in December that had to unfortunatly pay Graeme his 50% because of the sole mandate and are witness to the whole saga. Over 4 months and I have not received my outstanding rent of over R12000 from Graeme's friend or Graeme who set up the lease knowing his friends background which I was told after the fact that his friend is a recovering drug addict!!!! Please be very careful when dealing with this guy as he promises but never delivers. He even has the audacity to ask me why Im so desperate for the money!</p>
