Still no feedback or help

what a nightmare since my last post on Hello Peter. Still no feedback the lawyer is never available when we call, the assistant receptionist has a new story everyday. no one ever knows what going on with my matter.. we never have any joy with this company. but they are all to happy to bill me/deduct money for work not done. never being so frustrated dealing with such lazy *********** people.
