Site did not mention you have to book

I viewed the Facebook for restaurant's in and around Mossel bay to go for lunch on 4/2/2023.I looked at Bow and Arrows site. There where no mention that you have to book a table before you drive out to the farm. We are pensioners and we drove about 25Km to get to the farm. When we arrived at Bow and arrow a lady at the counter asked us if we made a booking. We said no because they did not mention it on there site. We were there at about 10 pass 12 witch was still early. She just said they are full and can not help us. I told her othat the site did not mention that you have to book. She said that they will rectify it next week. We had to drive all the why back home. What a disappointment! If you know that your site was not done properly you try and rectify your mistake.
