WORST SERVICE EVER

I don’t even know where to start with this store. I went to the shop in joburg on a saturday morning to buy 3 dresses. They didn’t have the 3rd dress in the required size, so the shop attendant said they could make the dress in right size to have it ready by Tuesday. I mentioned I’m not able to come back on Tuesday to collect and would come the following week on Saturday.

I went back on Saturday to collect the dress, to my surprise the attendant was surprised about my order and basically nothing had been done and not acknowledging that they had messed up. I was then told they would work on the dress to deliver on Wednesday. Wednesday came and went; no feedback. Eventually on Friday the dress was delivered by a rude and very unprofessional gentleman called Morris, who had a threading demeanor. I should not forget to mention he called at 20:56pm on Thursday to ask if he could deliver the dress...

Overall the staff are very unprofessional, no training whatsoever. They are disrespectful to customers and no not acknowledge their bad service.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I would not refer or recommend anyone to be ill treated by this store and staff
