*********** and arrogant - bad customer service

Worst customer service ever,coupled with bad attitude. We Came to their Pretoria shop on the 31st of November with my fiance to take measurements for outfits and we were told to come for fittings on Saturday 7th December, guess what... our outfits aren't at Pretoria are now apparently at JHB branch with the designer and claims he couldn't finish on time due to loadshedding and can't come to the Pretoria branch as he still needs to finish off other clients' outfits first,he can't just drive all the way from JHB to Ptretoria to bring only our outfits. He will only be in Pretoria in the afternoon, mind you we got plans and commitments too in other places and still need to drive to Mpumalanga. these people are *********** and arrogant. We asked to be refunded and were told they don't do refunds we must just be patient in waiting for the designer coming in the afternoon.
