I ordered a dress and paid on the 04 Feb 2019 and they promised that it will take 3-5 working days. I followed up everytime being promised that it will be sent the next day and now they are not even responding to my whattsapp messages also have blocked me on their page as I have exposed their horrible customer service. I want my money back they can't **** me out of my hard earned money
