BOW AFRIKA BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am so disappointed by the poor customer service, I placed an order and paid for 3 dresses on the 16th of January 2019 , till today I have not received my order, they are not picking up my calls nor reply to my whatsapp messages, I would like to a refund but since I cant get through to them it's difficult to express how I feel about them
