bad service from BOW AFRICA FASHION

I ordered a dress on Monday morning via whatsap and specifically told them I need it by Wednesday..today is Friday and there is no dress or any communication from these people...I have sent countless messages to them but there is no joy ...they keep shifting the blame ,the last straw was when they told me to call postnet [without no tracking number] and find out where my dress is ...so I paid them on Monday already and wait for this...they don't do cash refunds, it is written on their receipt which I am yet to get by the way ...I am livid to say the least mostly because of the attitude of these people im communicating with ,they do no care about their customer satisfaction....never again
