First impressions this was the worst!

Coming to a very well known place that is famous for good food, good drinks and a fantastic vibe my bad experience started from the first second we had a seat. We had to call for a waiter... and being a restaurant manager mysef i know what things should be. But today i came to enjoy myself and not to check what is wrong. But after getting a waiter she was not smiling or introduced herself. Everyone put in their orders and then i asked for a ****tail menu but there was none. Point is i ended up not ordering a thing coz they could not provide any ingredients. It was so bad even the manger was ****ed off and shouting at the waiters from a far distance and did not bother coming to ask if she can help. They asked me to go to the bar instead of sending a bar tender to explain it to me.. Even a nother waiter we wanted to get attention from through a face at us. The place is nice but the people are the face of you business... Keeping that in mind i will never have something good to say.. would have loved a good time to end my weekend on. A little of friendliness goes a long way. And the reason why people go 2 places like this is to sit on their asses and relax. Thanky you
