PATHETIC SERVICE

The most pathetic service ever i have had no satisfaction from SHASTIA who did not make any contact with me i received no communication form, no notice of account no summons nothing then a sheriff pitches up at my place and wants to detach stuff. so i pay the account in full. NOW ITS BEN A MONTH IM STILL WAITING FOR A PAID UP LETTER. EVERY TIME I CALL IN SHE IS NEVER THERE I AM ABOUT TO LODGE A CLAIM WITH THE LAW SOCIETY......
