Poor Bike service

I took my road bike in for a major service. Fetched the bike on 27th January and wanted to go for a ride on 30th January. After 50 meter had to stop as there were serious problems with my gears and chain. This was after they replaced the chain. I went back to Bouwer Broers as I had limited cycling time before the Cape Argus race. They worked on the bike again but told me that I must have \bumped\" the bike and therefore damaged some parts of the bike. On Sunday 31st January went for a ride again and had to stop after 20 meters as the same problem persisted. I took it to somebody else who could clearly show to me that the chain was to short!!<br> It is clear that they people working on the bike had no idea what they were doing.<br> Never ever will I go back to them again."
