My right to choose as a consumer

<p>I bought a firearm at the Bouwer Broers in Gezina Pretoria. The process of having a firegun is to get a fire arm lisence from SAPS which i did and unfortunately my application has not been approved. Now the problem is that i wanted a refund from the shop, now they tell me that they have to sell the gun first and will get my refund (- 15%) as soon as the gun has been bought by another consumer.</p> <p>I mean yes i bought the gun but it is still in thier position, why do i have to wait until the gun has been sold? what if no one buys it? i gave them full price cash. I feel like this is an unfair and dishonest dealing and i have a right to fair, just and reasonable terms and conditions as a consumer.</p>
