DO NOT STAY AT BOUTIQUE@MILNER

We had the worst experience ever at this guest house in Bloemfontein. In March we made a reservation for an overnight stay on our way to the Eastern Cape. We drove for 9 hours just to end up at a guest house where to owner decided to take a weekend off without notifying us that the reservation has been cancelled. A fully paid for reservation was cancelled without notification! When we phoned the number on the reservation, the person who answered the phone told us that the owner was out of town and that we will have to find alternative accommodation. The owner to this day has not had the decency to react to any enquiries or calls and has not refunded us our money! We paid double for a one night stay in Bloemfontein due to an ************ and dishonest guest house owner of Boutique@Milner Guest House in Waverley, Bloemfontein.
