Absolutely abysmal quality control , workmanship, materials and customer service

Absolutely pathetic quality glasses!

Have had 3 pairs and each and every one a serious issue (Frames and lenses) with shoddy workmanship, lack of quality control and sub standard materials used. Bourbon Eye wear buys them cheap, puts their logo on and sells them as a premium product. These sunglasses are far from a basic quality product for the price you pay. Stay away at all costs. Save your money for a reputable brand.

Asked for a exchange and they said within a year, which is fine, but without a receipt how can i prove it was within a year, it was about a year back. Should this not be a case specific example of bad workmanship and quality rather than within a year, there should be exceptions on all returns pending specific problems. Surely they know about these issues, but don't want to exchange.

Customer service is extremely lacking and out of touch with their customers as the sales lady tried to sell me more sunglasses with their new summer collection while I was bringing my current quality issues with my sunglasses to her attention. Seriously out of touch and out of her depth of how one deals with a customer complaint about the quality of their products.

Emailed the sales lady with a request for exchange with photos of issues, she tried to sell me the new collection and then ghosted me when I said i won't be interested in the new collection because the quality of the sunglasses is extremely poor. Really amazing customer service Bourbon, keep it up and there won't be any more customers for you to swindle with your poor quality sunglasses.
