Absolutely discuss-ted in this place!! (Bouncy Croc Farm)

Absolutely discuss-ted in this place!! After supporting them a few times in the past the service went down the drain. After we arrived, waited 15 min for a waiter to place an order after we ordered 2 milkshakes and 2 glasses of water, it took 30 min then after another 30 min, they haven't started my food order yet, we ordered 2 waffles with our drinks. We then asked the waiter to please go check on the waffles, if they are still not done, we will leave the waffles, another 20 min passed again, no feedback from the waiter. I then asked for the bill at the counter, waited 10 min to pay, and the Manager had an attitude because we canceled the waffles that were still not ready at the time. I couldn't believe how arrogant the young manager was, she made it very clear its a family business and seems like everyone who goes there are family too, that is why no one is complaining about the **** service. This place won’t ever see me again!! This was not the first time!!
