Bouncy Croc lacks proper restaurant management
We went to visit Bouncy Croc to celebrate by daughter's 13th birthday on 26th December. Unfortunately it turned out to be a horrible experience. The plan was to have lunch at their Restaurant and then do the Crocodile tour they offer. We arrived with ample time just after 12pm and was aiming to do the 2pm tour. We ordered our food around 12h40pm from the server. We waited patiently. We waited for about 1 hour before asking when we could expect our food. We could not get a proper answer. After another 30minutes we asked again and shortly after that the first 2 plates arrived at our table. The egg inside the tramazini was hard and dry so was the chips. My dad's burger did not have avocado while the server did say they have in stock. Some items on the menu was unavailable as well, like iced tea. After 2 hours of waiting for the rest of the food to arrive we decided we had enough of waiting. That was at around 2h40pm. We would have missed the last croc tour anyway and my younger children were hungry (or should I say HANGRY). My observations: Restaurant management lacked big time. All the servers appeared young and inexperienced and unable to deal with difficult situations with no management to support them. It seemed no one wanted to take responsibility for the bad service, no one came to explain to us why we had to wait so long to receive our food. Only answer we did get was they were very busy, which is not a good excuse because no manager came to even apologize for this long wait. If 2 hours waiting time for food is the acceptable for Bouncy Croc management, they will definitely start loosing good paying customers. They could have made much more money from us if the food was on time so we could do the tour as well. We were 13 people in our party. Add the numbers.
