WATERFALL BRANCH ARE *******

I visited the waterfall branch on Saturday the 29th of June paid R350 for 2 kids.we had fun and all that. The 3rd of July 04:00 am bounce inc is deducting the very same amount i paid on Saturday.i want my money back today
