Security concerns as a customer

To whom it may concern

I am writing this as more of a concern rather than a complaint.

Today my 3 year old nephew got lost within the premises of Bounce as my sister was taking my 10 year old niece to the toilet that are also within the premises. She left my nephew in one of the courts with an employee of Bounce present (minimum 5min)…

With the help of Sthe thankfully (management if not mistaken) who ended up calling the Mall centre, my nephew was found. We were told he was found wandering the food court which isn’t that far off from bounce but completely outside of Bounce… my concern here is how can a 3 year old, someone who can barely talk step outside of the premises of the underground playground to bounce cafeteria to eventually the exits of Bounce premises without any form of security or employee seeing him.. Mall security footage showed that he was alone and not escorted by any elder.. but how?? How can a children environment have Zero Security, how can u guys not atleast have employees standing by the entrance and exit of yours premises? It is truly absurd especially during busy days and months like June holidays it’s not acceptable..

With much thanks to the guys that helped look for my nephew and Sthe for making the call, even though we received no form of apology but was asked by a lady I do not wish to mention “where was the Mother” I’d like to say am truly disappointed and would appreciate a security enhancement to be done.
