Rudness and obliviousness

The Staff are very rude, they are slow when it comes to peak times, very oblivious to when my child got injured in the kiddies section. they were more interested in practicing their tricks and being on their cellphones than doing their actual job. i complain to the head manager on the floor and he was rude and seem to not care about my concerns.
