rude staff

horrible and rude staff at bounce, i was embarrassed when I took my son and his friends to bounce a few weeks ago, for the price you pay and the service you get, it is quite appalling that staff can treat customers with such rudeness and arrogance, the gentleman, who clearly does not deserve to be called such, had shouted at me in front of my son for no reason, my son was just a indecisive on jumping and he got very impatient, screaming at me to get my son to make up his mind. i would not advise anyone to ever visit bounce.
