Incorrect information given

I called in last week Friday (23 September 2022) to make a reservation for Menlyn Branch, The person on the phone informed me that the branch was closing at 19:00. That the last session would be from 18:00 to 19:00. I get there with 4 kids ready to bounce only to be told at the reception that the branch closes at 18:00.

I drove all the way through peak traffic with the current price of fuel with 4 eager children on my niece's birthday, only to be disappointed at reception... all because I was given the incorrect information over the phone. What was the point of calling before hand?
