Happy customer

Went to Menlyn Maine branch. The people there were very friendly from the check in to check out. Excellent service we received.

What stood out for me was that my daughter forgot her bag there. We only realized when we got home that evening. The next day I called their call center line and spoke to Rachel who also was very helpful and friendly. She said to me she will contact Menlyn Maine branch and get back to me with feedback. Within 3 minutes she called me back. My bag was found and I later went to fetch it that day.

I am so happy to announce that the bag was received with all the items in it.
