Extremely Rude lazy cashier who too it upon her self to spoil the Bounce experience

Tsolofelo was extremely rude and impatient when it came to explaining alternative plan for us to consider when it came to booking for a 16h00 slot as the time we arrived at I was fully booked. She then went on to shout and rudely insisting that I should pay and my children wrist band be put on at 12h30 for the 16h00 session I refused and told her that I do not trust my children to keep the wrist bands for that long considering that we were going to another mall then will come back later for our session. She then went on to say rudely that she doesn’t not want to do the online as it will take longer for her to do it. I didn’t not like the tone of her voice and the attitude. Her service was trash what made it worse was when she scolded at me to tap card impatiently tapping and the speed point. Wow the disrespect from her made me feel as if i was asking her for money for my children to bounce. Wow she is a young lady who clearly does not want to be there and not a people person. The happy atmosphere that your trying to portray with such characters are bad for the business as she was the first staff to talk to.
