Excellent service

Had an amazing experience at Bounce Fourways mall. I took my daughter there for the first time and she was a bit nervous looking at all the climbing walls. A lady named Lena (hope spelling is correct) was assisting us getting her strapped into her harness and she turned out to be God sent. She made my kid so comfortable, her confidence quickly picked up and she had and amazing time. Your service was excellent, and shout out to the guys at the front desk. Our all round experience was great from the moment we walked into welcoming smiles and friendly staff.
