Dissatisfied customer

2 weeks back called Bounce to book a friday evening slot for four at Menlyn Maine. Boy did we experience bad service and bad attitude from front staff and on duty manager. Filled out a survey and got a response last week that said Bounce is offering me free four passes for date and time of my choosing. I told them i will reply today.. Which i did but still no response or confirmation from them. From one bad service to the next even when sorting out it a complaint
