Counter staff and Cafe staff were friendly, efficient and pretty much flawless. I didn't go down to the jump zone but was watching the ground staff interacting with the kids and they were incredible, firm about safety, but such fun. The kids loved them. The eating area was so spotless and the cleaning staff were always visible, Such a breath of fresh air, every time we go there we ALL leave with a smile on our faces.
