Clean and Friendly Experience

The positive experience started out with a 10% discount as I signed up for the day online. The website was very clear and easy to navigate. As I arrived all COVID measures were in place and I felt safe bringing my four year old for a fun outing. The staff welcomed me with smiles. The lockers were not working so they offered an alternative option. While jumping I was reminded gently by staff of COVID compliance measures and safety tips. The staff was personable and seemed to really enjoy working, even on a public holiday.
