BounceInc Mall of Africa is TERRIBLE!!!!

Terrible experience! Left my 6 year old in tears and inconsolable! I have 6 year old twin girls and one is about 10cm taller than the other. 15mins into bouncing Amabonga asked the taller twin to "get out of there"! then both started crying. When I asked for Dumi the Manager, he went straight for Amabonga's defence!!! I said why was my child let in and allowed to jump then to be harshly and rudely shouted at??? He said that Ama was just doing her job. After paying so much, we just left and felt miserable about that experience. On the same note, Fourways Bounce is amazing. Sonia from there should be sent to MoA to teach Dumi who needs proper managerial and customer service training!!! Very sad state of affairs in MoA. Dumi and Amabinga bring disrepute to the Bounce Brand!

I am truly sorry about your experience – At Bounce, we always try to be our best so that you can leave with positive memories.

You clearly did not have a pleasant time and because of this we have taken time to investigate this complaint and review the CCTV footage.

We always hope to be as accommodating as possible but the one area where we are quite assertive is safety.

In our venue, there are specific areas, for kids under the height of 1.25cm and there are those that only allow kids over 1.25cm.

The reason for this is for the capability of children of that height, their reach as well as other children’s safety using that activity.

We have spoken to everyone involved and we’re sure that something like this will not reoccur.

Based on your comment, this was not explained in the best way. We have arranged for refresher training amongst our staff for all venues.

We still hope that you give us the benefit of the doubt and visit us again for you to experience the wonder of Bounce once again, for this, could you kindly communicate with us on *** for us to make the booking for you 😊
